The staff were super helpful, making everything easier during our stay. The location is perfect, close to shops and cafes. The economy room was a bit cramped, but overall a solid choice for the price! 😊

comfortable, comfortable, comfortable
I stayed in an Economy Double Room and was blown away by the terrific location and cute hotel staff. The attention to detail was perfect-think soft, fluffy towels, good chocolates in the room, and upscale toiletries that elevated my experience. I also loved that after check-out, they stored my luggage while I enjoyed the amenities in the lobby.
would recommend ❤️😊

missingWrote a review on Oct 20cramped room
The room (303) suffers from cramped space, barely accommodating luggage and clothing. Cracks on the walls and wobbly floor lamps need attention. The cleanliness left something to be desired, especially with brown stains in the toilet. A winter blanket made for uncomfortable nights, resulting in sweat despite lowered A/C settings. Late checkout carries a hefty charge at 15%. Reception hours are limited, leaving guests without assistance late in the night if issues arise.

well, where do I begin? the room was tiny and dusty, making it hard to breathe. i really expected that with all the money i paid, a complimentary water bottle would have been nice. strangely, my request for a room upgrade was ignored, so i almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn’t. what a disappointment!

Just a nice choice for a weekend stopover in Tel Aviv with reasonable price. The air conditioning worked great and kept the room cool. Consider bringing your own toiletries for a more comfortable experience.

The economy double room was super clean and cozy. I loved the air conditioning, free toiletries, and that lovely coffee machine! The reception manager was really nice and offered a quick checkout. It was a quiet space and was surprisingly peaceful despite being close to a busy street.
